I absolutely love Runza. The flavor and quality of their food is great. The only thing that makes me disappointed within the last few years is that they have changed the size of their runzas to a smaller size, they only offer one size of fries now also. The cost of the food is still rather costly for what you get and now, you get even less. If they go back to their old portion sizes, I would give them 5 stars again!
My first experience! Awesome awesome awesome. I highly recommend the original. Flavors are a perfect blend. This is like going back to my grandma's! Which is amazing! Staff was friendly, establishment very clean. Service was prompt, and food was fresh and hot. If you've never had a Runza you are truly missing a piece of old school homemade best ever comfort food. How can something so simple be so tremendously good?!
My husband and I ate here today for lunch at 1 pm. We come by here fairly frequently as its near our house. We've had some experiences that were better than others. Today's experience was fantastic! The service was great. Our order taker at the drive thru repeated it all back to us. She was friendly sounding and kind at the window too. Our order was all correct and cooked to perfection. It was seasoned well too. Thanks to the employees who were working 9/7/21 at 1 pm!
The best for burgers and legendary Runza sandwiches. Miss the polish dog on the menu.
